Jeff serves as the linchpin at Ignite, overseeing talent buying and event concept designs. He plays a pivotal role in shaping Ignite's events. With a keen eye for emerging talent and creative vision, he secures artists/ performers who align with the brand ethos and event themes.

Peter spearheads innovative marketing strategies that drive brand growth and customer engagement. With a keen eye for market trends and a passion for creative campaigns, Peter plays a pivotal role in elevating Ignite Group's market presence and achieving business objectives.

Ally graduated from the Institute of Service Design, University of the Arts London, UK in 2012; at the same time, she also studied creative brand management and interior stylist in the school. Before going to the UK, she worked as a public relations salesperson for foreign brands for years, serving brands including: Canon, Samsung, Gamania Digital Entertainment, etc.

As the China office director, Sharon oversees the development and execution of channel strategies. With a focus on increasing the company's presence and influence, Sharon coordinates resources and drives collaborative projects to enhance the company's visibility and market penetration in China.

Oversee and manage the technical rider for the artist, ensuring all sound and equipment checks are completed. Liaise with the artist’s tour manager to address any technical requirements and ensure seamless coordination.

Enel's role involves managing and nurturing connections with artists, ensuring their needs and expectations are met, and facilitating collaborations. This includes coordinating events, negotiating contracts, and providing strategic guidance to enhance artists' careers and visibility.

With her adept multitasking abilities and proactive approach, she efficiently manages schedules, coordinates meetings, and handles high-priority tasks. Kelly's exceptional communication skills and unwavering professionalism ensure smooth operations and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
